What are the delivery charges?
Eat Travel Splurge provides FREE delivery in India on all it's products if your total order amount is Rs. 1500 or more. Otherwise Rs. 100 is charged for delivery.
Is there any way that the shipping charges can be avoided?
To avoid paying shipping charges, just buy more items from our website and ensure that your order value is above Rs. 1500.
What is the estimated delivery time?
At Eat Travel Splurge , we try our best to ship your items as quickly as possible. Once the order is placed on our website, our goal is to process and ship your order within 5-7 business days of receipt. For personalised & custom orders , please allow 7-10 days for the item to be processed and shipped. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
Below are the delivery estimates for in-stock, ready to ship items.
Metropolitan Cities : Between 24 hours to 5 business days
Other Urban Areas: Between 3 to 7 business days
Rural Areas : Between 5 to 14 business days
Can I request delivery to be done on a specified date & time?
No, Sorry at this point we do not guarantee delivery on a specified date & time. However, if you are looking for such service, please feel free to contact us and we will try our best to meet such requests.
Can I include special instructions for my order?
Yes, of-course. During the check out process you can specify special instructions, if any. You can mention any requirements you wish to have take in mind while fulfilling the order. However, please note at this point, we will not be able to take the requests for a specific date delivery as a part of these special instructions.
Are there any hidden costs like octroi, sales tax?
Our list price is all inclusive of taxes, shipping and handling charges. There is no additional or hidden cost involved. However, any local municipal taxes or octroi, if charged will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Do you ship products outside India?
No we don't.
Incorrect mailing addresses and Undeliverable packages
Please review your shipping information before submitting your order. If you believe that the address mentioned while placing the order was incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Please refer to following policy related to these corrections :
If the item has not been shipped : In the case when the order has not been processed for shipment we will be happy to make the change in the address. There will be no additional charges or any cost for these changes. Just let us know and we will take care of the rest.
If the item has been shipped already: However, if the package has been shipped or has been processed for the shipping already, our team will get back with the possible options to make the changes. There may be additional costs related to these requests. Our customer service team will notify you in advance about any such charges, and will try their best to keep it at minimum and do the best to make it work.
If the item has been delivered already: Please note that if the package has been already delivered to the wrong address, it may not be possible for us to get it back to re-ship or to make any address correction.
Cancellation & Returns Policy
How can I cancel my order?
Cancellations will be considered as long as your order has not been shipped and your amount will be refunded back to you via the original mode of payment. Please note that cancellation request for the personalised or custom / special made-to-order items will be allowed as long as the order has not been processed. Request you to please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your order number.
What is your Returns Policy?
Unless the product received is in a damaged condition or an incorrect product has been sent across , Eat Travel Splurge does not accept any returns.
How do I return the product if it is defective/damaged?
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact email@example.com within 24 hours with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!
When will I receive replacement for my product?
Stock permitting, replacement will be shipped within 10 business days of us receiving the product back. This will be done as long as the return is in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Can I return a personalised or a special made-to-order product ?
So sorry, but as these products are made specially for you, they are final sale only and cannot be returned.
